The view over the untouched snow-covered mountains and part of the ski domain is breathtaking.
The structure of the chalet and its impressive framework are made from locally sourced solid larch with a brushed saw finish. The cladding and some furniture facades are crafted from genuine reclaimed wood, while the floors are made of rustic solid oak.
The central staircase, connecting all four levels of the chalet, is made of solid oak with a finish identical to that of the flooring.
The laminated glass railings are discreetly fixed with lateral anchor points on the stringers, blending seamlessly into the decor.
As with all luxury chalets, a ski room has been fitted with storage for skis, helmets, accessories, and boot dryers. It is also equipped with wardrobes and storage drawers.
A significant amount of work was done on the steel-framed glass partitions to provide acoustic insulation for the business center while maintaining an open view of the chalet’s incredible volumes, without compromising the natural light.
The kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas. It features an adjoining pantry, highly practical for grocery storage.
The kitchen fronts are lacquered in «Stiffkey Blue» by Farrow & Ball, finished directly in our in-house spray booth.
The finger pulls, bar base, and side panels are crafted from reclaimed wood, matching the adjacent wall cladding.
The countertops and backsplashes are made from large slabs of travertine, waterproofed and treated against stains.
The large dining table, which seats 14 guests, as well as the coffee table, are made of solid oak, assembled on-site with wooden locking keys. Everything is entirely dismantlable and transportable if needed.
On the lower floor, there are five bedrooms, each designed as a master suite with a private bathroom.
A decorative partition has been designed to separate the open bathrooms from the bedrooms. It features strong, distinctive lines that appear throughout various elements in the chalet, serving as a unifying design motif. A woven fabric is placed between the two laminated glass panels to provide slight opacity and enhance the decorative aspect of the structure.
A dormitory has also been created, ensuring a delightful space for children.
The master suite is located on the top floor, benefiting from the cozy chalet ambiance under the larch framework.
The curtains, custom-made by an upholstery decorator, have been adapted to fit the triangular-shaped roof windows in some areas.
The ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment.
A vast, fully soundproofed home cinema is clad in acoustic panels covered with cellulose wadding and deep midnight blue decorative fabric.
Indirect lighting has been carefully embedded and concealed to enhance the room’s intimate atmosphere.
The spa features a sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a courtesy shower area.
The sauna is crafted from thermally treated solid larch, fitted with two suspended benches.
A slatted ceiling allows soft lighting to diffuse through the wooden panels.
A central game room houses a large American pool table, perfectly complementing the chalet’s luxurious leisure and entertainment offerings.
